BROOM LYNNE is a Landscape Planning practice founded by Luke Broom-Lynne and driven by a desire to combine a passion for contemporary design and landscape with the creation of high quality, viable environments for living.
BROOM LYNNE combines a rich experience in development planning processes, planning legislation and the environment, with sound commercial awareness and the requirements of clients and other parties critical to delivering successful and sustainable development projects.
Luke is a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) and Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He is a creative and insightful designer and manager who has worked in senior roles with such bodies as Norwich City Council and the Broads Authority National Park. For several years he was a Partner of a leading regional planning and property consultancy, and head of their Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Team. He has a wide experience in successfully managing a range of projects from major masterplanning projects through to detailed design schemes, to minerals site selection and restoration, to providing general landscape planning advice on a range of development initiatives.
